This competency-based course is designed to prepare students for entry-level employment in the field of microcomputer repair. This course addresses basic electricity and electronics, basic digital computer theory, and basic computer repair. The competencies in this course are aligned with the California high school academic content standards

Free for Eligible persons: Unemployed, Veteran, Home Deprived, Single Mothers looking to work, Justice-Involved. Eligible people may receive help not only with training costs; but also with transportation, child care, and tools required for the job. You will need to contact your local AJCC to become eligible.
